Women Investing in Real Estate: Where do I List My Midterm Rentals?

The number one question I get asked about MTR’s….”Where do you list your Midterm Rental?”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Furnished Finder
2. Airbnb
3. Facebook Groups
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am a big fan of cross-listing on every platform possible to get in front of as many eyes as possible to eliminate vacancy between tenants (aka 💸)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Furnished Finder only charges a $99/yr fee for a listing. If most traveling tenants stay for 3 months, that’s 4 turnovers a year. You’re essentially paying $25/tenant for the platform. Definitely worth it in my opinion!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Airbnb takes their 3% cut of each booking. Over 20% of bookings on Airbnb in 2021 were for 30 day stays or longer.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Facebook groups are free! Search in the ‘groups’ section of FB for keywords like ‘travel nurse housing’
