Grace Gudenkauf quit her engineering job in 2021 to go all-in on real estate, and she's now a full-time investor who owns and self-manages 20+ units in eastern Iowa. Grace has since relocated to Tucson, Arizona, and she leverages a small in-house team to expand her investing from a distance. Her passion lies with Women Invest in Real Estate (WIIRE), a community she co-founded that hosts retreats, podcasts, and other resources.
