    The WIIRE Retreat is three-day experience that’s definitely worthwhile.

    • Stay with in a beautiful mansion. From sun up to sun down you will have the chance to talk real estate. You won’t want to miss the pool or outdoor hangout areas at this luxurious home. Please note that you will share a bed unless you book a private room.

    • This is your chance to talk about YOU and YOUR business. In small groups of 3-5 women you’ll have dedicated time to get support, feedback and inspiration on your business. These groups are always a crowd favorite.

    • Past masterminds have included Creative Financing, Partnerships, Building a Team, Systems & Processes and more! We lead the conversation but you’ll hear real input and experience from all the other investors in the room.

    • Get ready for some fun! We make sure to include an exciting group activity at each retreat. In the past we have done ax throwing, hikes, hot thermals, or visited active real estate projects.

    • You’ll have a chance to take headshots and lifestyle photos to use in your business. It’s up to you how you use your time!

    • Trust us, you won’t go hungry. All of your meals, snacks and adult beverages are included. We do our best to accommodate for any allergies but know that this is a small operation and we don’t have the means to verify ingredients in every product.

    • Our favorite part of the retreats is seeing the attendees work together after the retreat. Whether its a referral, new partnership or venture you will be sure to make a great network at the retreat.

    • There is nothing better than starting off the day with some simple yoga by the pool, or a walk through the neighborhood.

    • Microbrewery

      Michaela fascinated the Salt Lake City attendees on her ability to revitalize small business in a dying downtown. Michaela showed us her plan to restore nearly the entire downtown square of Lancaster, Texas.

      Cat is from nearby San Antonio and shared her dream of owning and operating a Microbrewery. Her and Michaela hatched a plan to bring her dream to downtown Bryan. Cat recently won a grant to make this project a reality. In no time Cat will be realizing her dream of owning and operating a microbrewery. We cannot WAIT to see what other magic these two bring to the city.

    • Alaska Airbnb

      Who doesn’t want to own a beautiful home in coastal town Alaska? Annie Johnson owns just that. She and her husband were in the middle of building a beautiful duplex in the tourist town of Seward, Alaska when she came to our Denver retreat.

      Betsy Ma also attended the retreat and hatched plans to start her own Short Term Rental management company. Betsy worked on the initial stage of her business in Denver and Annie became one of her first clients. Now Betsy successfully manages Annie’s Seward Airbnb along with many others. Talk about a win-win!

    • Mountainside Boutique Motel

      Savannah Irwin came to our SLC with a vision of turning a run-down mountain town motel in Packwood, Washington into an insta-worthy Boutique stay.

      She found a private lender from the retreat to invest in her vision and bring the project to the finish line. Dana McCaslin also come to the SLC retreat and she has been the project manager in charge of making sure the renovations on the motel come to life.

    • California Fix n Flip

      Cheryl Gonzales is a flipper and Airbnb owner from Southern California. At our Charlotte Retreat we were all sitting around the kitchen when Cheryl shared that she was under contract on a property but needed a lender to fund it.

      Lindsey Andrews was sitting across the table. She said, “I’ll fund it!” And that was that. Cheryl got to do another great project and Lindsey enjoyed the passive income that comes with lending. Who knows what they will do next!

    • Shipping Container Tiny Home

      Tiny homes and shipping containers have had investors captivated. Maya Bovshow founded a shipping container home start-up. She shared about her company at our Orlando Retreat and we were all immediately captivated.

      Grace Gudenkauf decided she had to have one! Ayana Posadas chipped in as the private money lender. Now they are working together to bring the very first shipping container Airbnb to Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

    Retreat FAQ

    • We require that you’ve completed at least 3 real estate transactions prior to coming to one of our retreats. We want to make sure you get the most value out of the retreat and find that having completed 3 deals whether that’s flips, buy and holds, arbitrage, etc will allow you to have the best experience!

    • You’ll have the option to pick a shared room or upgrade to a private room. If you share a room we can take your input on who you want to room with!

    • No. You will need to get yourself to and from the retreat location.

    • Going hungry is our WORST fear. We provide plenty of food, snacks and drinks (alcoholic and NA). You definitely won’t go hungry!

    • YES! Most attendees don’t know anyone before attending. We will make you feel at home the second you walk through the door. We will hang out as a group all weekend long!

    • We host 2-3 pre-retreat online meetups. This is so we can all get familiar with each other before the event! We also answer and questions you might have.

    • No. We do not offer day passes. We’ve found that the best moments come from hanging out and just chit-chatting between our scheduled events.

    • No. Unless your kids are adults who have done 3+ deals please leave them at home.

    • Tickets are nonrefundable, although you can sell your ticket to someone else.
