Hey friends, we are so excited to talk to you today about ‘love letters’ in the world of real estate investing. Now you might be thinking, ‘Seriously, Amelia & Grace, love letters?’, but hear us out because this tool is something that absolutely should be in your toolkit, especially if you like scoring off-market deals (who doesn’t!), but we will be touching on writing a love letter for both on and off-market properties.

First, let’s clarify that we’re not talking about those mass mailers. These love letters are curated and personalized to a specific property that you want to purchase.
