EP66: Building a 20-Unit Apartment Complex with Ashley Gallacher
Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of the podcast. This week we are joined by the inspiring Ashley Gallacher. Ashley joined us for one of our first WIIRE episodes and we are thrilled to have her join us again to share all the deets on a massive project she has been working on over the past few years. We are so excited to hear all about this project and have her share it with you and it’s a great reminder that no REI dream is too big!
Ashley recently finished her first construction project, a 20-unit apartment building, that she built from the ground up (what?!?)! This multi-family development project houses 16 midterm (furnished) rental units and 4 long-term (unfurnished) rental units. She has learned so much about herself and exactly what she is capable of and is sharing all of that with you in this episode, so get ready to feel *inspired*!
